Welcome to GOBY INCENSE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The terms “GOBY INCENSE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GOBY INCENSE.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or household purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However, colors, textures, packaging, and other visual details may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, and the natural variation of materials.
Product descriptions and availability may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities where reasonably necessary.
Please review all product information, usage instructions, and safety guidance before using our incense. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area, use a suitable holder, and never leave burning incense unattended.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order may be declined or canceled before fulfillment if there is an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issue, legal restriction, or delivery limitation.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review your order and shipping address carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at customer@gobyincense.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been processed or dispatched.
Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
4. Prices, Payments and Promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing or technical errors.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the order and destination. Applicable amounts collected by us will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
Discounts and promotions may be subject to separate conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Information about fulfillment origin, processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, and delivery issues is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is damaged, incorrect, missing an item, significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please follow the process described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, return eligibility, return shipping costs, refund amounts, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer protection law.

The GOBY INCENSE website and its original content, including brand elements, product photography, text, graphics, video, audio, design, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to GOBY INCENSE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
GOBY INCENSE names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used in a way that suggests authorization, endorsement, or affiliation without our written permission.
8. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant GOBY INCENSE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our business and Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, but purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and GOBY INCENSE.
